Follow your nose; for the scent of wood smoke will draw you towards the courtyard where the famous herring are transformed to legendary kipper status by the Robson family.
The Craster Restaurant serves up some tasty and delightful dishes both to savour and enjoy, over a leisurely lunch, or to re-fuel you for a day ahead, exploring all that the stunning Northumberland coastline has to offer.
